threshold of the Voting Rights on June 10, 2015 and on that day amounted to
3.08% (this corresponds to 3940155 Voting Rights).
1.24% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1594071 Voting Rights) are

Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
