Notification regarding proportion of voting rights pursuant to Sec. 21
para. 1 of the WpHG

On 16 June 2015, IPConcept (Luxemburg) S.A., Luxembourg-Strassen,
Luxembourg, has informed us according to Section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on InVision AG, Ratingen, Germany, have
risen above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 12 June 2015 and on
that day amounted to 3.14% (this corresponds to 70,200 voting rights in
relation to the total of 2,235,000 voting rights).
