Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Klöckner & Co. SE, Duisburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on June 16, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.21% (this
corresponds to 3204241 Voting Rights).
