ODDO et Cie, Paris, France, informed Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Jena, Germany,
on 18 June 2015 pursuant to Art. 21 Section 1 WpHG that on 16 June 2015 the
percentage of voting rights of ODDO et Cie, Paris, France, in
Carl Zeiss Meditec AG fell below the threshold of 3%. The percentage of
voting rights amounted to 2.99% (corresponding to 2,433,508 voting rights)
on this date. All these voting rights are attributed to ODDO et Cie, Paris,
France, pursuant to Art. 22 Section 1 sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG in connection
with Art 22 Section 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
