has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Capital Stage AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 23, 2015 and on
that day amounted to 10.10% (this corresponds to 7467351 Voting Rights).
