On July 03, 2015, Mr Philippe Oddo, France has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
ADLER Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%,
10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 26, 2015
and on that day amounted to 30.55% (this corresponds to 14075155 Voting
Rights).
30.55% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 14075155 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Oddo in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights
are held by the following companies under his control, whose share of the
Voting Rights in ADLER Real Estate AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
Financiere IDAT, Oddo et Cie, ODDO SEYDLER BANK AG.
