pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG in elumeo SE, Erkelenzdamm 59/61, 10999
Berlin, ISIN DE000A11Q059, at the time of the first time admission of
elumeo SE for trading on the prime standard on 02.07.2015 amount to 27,27 %
