pursuant to Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission):

The voting rights of Baader Beteiligungs GmbH, Weihenstephaner Str. 4,
85716 Unterschleißheim, pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG in elumeo SE,
Erkelenzdamm 59/61, 10999 Berlin, ISIN DE000A11Q059, at the time of the
first time admission of elumeo SE for trading on the prime standard on
02.07.2015 amount to 27,27 % (1.500.000 voting rights). Of these voting
rights 27,27 % (1.500.000 voting rigths) are attributed to Baader
Beteiligungs GmbH 27,27 % (1.500.000 voting rights) pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
