pursuant to Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission):

Blackflint Ltd., Paphos, Cyprus, hereby notifies you pursuant to Section 21
(1a) WpHG, that the voting rights of Blackflint Ltd. in elumeo SE on July
2nd, 2015 amount to 72,73% (4.000.000 voting rights).
