A11Q05) has received on 03.07.2015 the following voting rights notification
pursuant to Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission):

I, Don Kogen, Chanthaburi, Thailand, hereby notify you pursuant to Section
21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission), that my voting rights in elumeo SE on
July 2nd, 2015 amount to 72,73% (4.000.000 voting rights).
Of these voting rights, 71,64% (3.940.000 voting rights) are to be
attributed to me pursuant to section 22 (2) sentence 1 WpHG.
