A11Q05) has received on 03.07.2015 the following voting rights notification
pursuant to Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission):

Ottoman Strategy Holdings (Suisse) SA, Zug, Suisse, hereby notifies you
pursuant to Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission), that the voting
rights of Ottoman Strategy Holdings (Suisse) SA in elumeo SE on July 2nd,
2015 amount to 72,73% (4.000.000 voting rights).
Of these voting rights, 39,82% (2.190.000 voting rights) are attributed to
