A11Q05) has received on 03.07.2015 the following voting rights notification
pursuant to Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission):

I, Teerasak Jamratkittiwan, Chanthaburi, Thailand, hereby notify you
pursuant to Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission), that my voting
rights in elumeo SE amount on July 2nd, 2015 to 72,73% (4.000.000 voting
rights).
Of these voting rights, 72,73% (4.000.000 voting rights) are to be
attributed to me pursuant to section 22 (2) sentence 1 WpHG.
32,91% (1.810.000 voting rights) are to be attributed to me pursuant to
section 22 (1) sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholders, holding 3 percent or more
voting rights in elumeo SE are to be attributed to me according to section
