A11Q05) has received on 03.07.2015 the following voting rights notification
pursuant to Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission):

UV Interactive Services GmbH, Berlin, hereby notifies you pursuant to
Section 21 (1a) WpHG, that the voting rights of UV Interactive Services
GmbH in elumeo SE on July 2nd, 2015 amount to 72,73% (4.000.000 voting
rights).
Of these voting rights, 30,03% (1.651.753 voting rights) are to be
attributed to UV Interactive Services GmbH pursuant to ,section 22 (1)
sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
72,73% (4.000.000 voting rights) are to be attributed to UV Interactive
Services GmbH pursuant to section 22 (2) sentence 1 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholders, holding 3 percent or more
