A11Q05) has received on 03.07.2015 the following voting rights notification
pursuant to Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission):

The voting rights of Société Générale, Paris, France, pursuant to section
21 (1a) WpHG in elumeo SE, Erkelenzdamm 59/61, 10999 Berlin, ISIN
DE000A11Q059, at the time of the first time admission of elumeo SE for
trading on the prime standard on 02.07.2015 amount to 12,27 % (675.000
voting rights). Of these voting rights 12,27 % (675.000 voting rights) are
attributed to Société Générale pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 No. 2
WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders, holding 3 percent or more
