pursuant to Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission):

I, Deborah Cavill, United Kingdom, hereby notify you pursuant to Section 21
(1a) WpHG (first time admission), that my voting rights in elumeo SE on
July 2nd, 2015 amount to 72,73% (4.000.000 voting rights).
