A11Q05) has received on 03.07.2015 the following voting rights notification
pursuant to Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission):

Serifos Foundation, Vaduz, Liechtenstein, hereby notifies you pursuant to
Section 21 (1a) WpHG (first time admission), that the voting rights of
Serifos Foundation in elumeo SE on July 2nd, 2015 amount to 72,73%
(4.000.000 voting rights).

Of these voting rights, 72,73% (4.000.000 voting rights) are attributed to
Serifos Foundation pursuant to section 22 (2) sentence 1 WpHG.

Of these voting rights, 32,91% (1.810.000 voting rights) are attributed to
Serifos Foundation pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 No.1 WpHG.
