The Company announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Downing LLP, Floor 6, Saint Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6HD on 6 June 2024 at 12.00 noon.
The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders.
