On July 08, 2015, Mr Dr. Martin Zuffer, Austria, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 01,
2015 and on that day amounted to 10.21% (this corresponds to 2541149 Voting
Rights).
10.21% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2541149 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Zuffer in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose share
of the Voting Rights in DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG amounts
