On July 09, 2015, Mr Willem Rozendaal, Switzerland, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, have fallen below the 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on July
09, 2015 and on that day amounted to 13.11% (this corresponds to 3261002
Voting Rights).
13.11% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3261002 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Rozendaal in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
