Notice within the meaning of Section 26 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading
Act)

1.
Caso Asset Management SA, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed us on July 10,
2015, that its share of the voting rights in Leifheit AG exceeded the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights on July 8, 2015 and on this date
amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 150,694 voting rights). The entire
voting rights are attributable to Caso Asset Management SA pursuant to sec.
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Farringdon Netherlands BV, Amsterdam, Netherlands, informed us on July 10,
2015, that its share of the voting rights in Leifheit AG exceeded the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights on July 8, 2015 and on this date
amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 150,694 voting rights). The entire
voting rights are attributable to Farringdon Netherlands BV pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Farringdon Denmark Aps, Copenhagen, Denmark, informed us on July 10, 2015,
that its share of the voting rights in Leifheit AG exceeded the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights on July 8, 2015 and on this date amounted to
3.01% (this corresponds to 150,694 voting rights). The entire voting rights
are attributable to Farringdon Denmark Aps pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Mr. Bram Cornelisse, Netherlands, informed us on July 10, 2015, that his
share of the voting rights in Leifheit AG exceeded the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights on July 8, 2015 and on this date amounted to 3.01% (this
corresponds to 150,694 voting rights). The entire voting rights are
attributable to Mr. Bram Cornelisse pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
6 WpHG in conjunction with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

Mr. Andreas Tholstrup, Denmark, informed us on July 10, 2015, that his
share of the voting rights in Leifheit AG exceeded the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights on July 8, 2015 and on this date amounted to 3.01% (this
corresponds to 150,694 voting rights). The entire voting rights are
attributable to Mr. Andreas Tholstrup pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG in conjunction with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
