In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 28 March 2024, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 341,786,457 Ordinary 50p shares.
The change from 341,785,245 Ordinary 50p shares on 28 March 2024 is due to the issue of 1,212 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
Vistry Group PLC holds 699,150 shares in Treasury. The change from the 1,004,363 shares in Treasury on 28 March 2024 is due to the transfer of 16,352 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options, 500,000 shares to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust in order to satisfy the exercise of options and 211,139 shares being purchased into Treasury as part of the Company's Share buyback programme.
Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 341,087,307 . This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
