Release of an announcement according to Article 26 Section 1 sent. 1 WpHG

1. In accordance with article 21, section 1 WpHG, ODDO Asset Management,
   Paris, France, has informed us on July 10, 2015, that its share of voting
   rights in JENOPTIK AG, Jena, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on July
   8, 2015. At this day, ODDO Asset Management held 3.02 % of the voting
   rights (1,730,832 voting rights).
   3.02% of the voting rights (1,730,832 voting rights) were attributable to
   ODDO Asset Management pursuant to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

2. In accordance with article 21, section 1 WpHG, ODDO & CIE, Paris,
   France, has informed us on July 10, 2015, that its share of voting rights
   in JENOPTIK AG, Jena, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on July 8,

3. At this day, ODDO & CIE held 3.03 % of the voting rights (1,731,832
   voting rights).
   3.03% of the voting rights (1,731,832 voting rights) were attributable to
   ODDO & CIE pursuant to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
   connection with article 22 section 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
