On July 21, 2015, Mr Norman Rentrop, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on PSI
Aktiengesellschaft für Produkte und Systeme der Informationstechnologie,
Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
July 20, 2015 and on that day amounted to 5.41% (this corresponds to 848947
Voting Rights).
5.41% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 848947 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Rentrop in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose share
of the Voting Rights in PSI Aktiengesellschaft für Produkte und Systeme der
Informationstechnologie amounts to 3 percent or more:
Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV.
5.05% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 792178 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Rentrop in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 2 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the Voting
Rights in PSI Aktiengesellschaft für Produkte und Systeme der
Informationstechnologie amounts to 3 percent or more:
