On July 21, 2015, CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A, Luxembourg,
Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Evonik Industries AG, Essen, Germany,
have fallen below the 75% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 16, 2015
and on that day amounted to 74.04% (this corresponds to 345005998 Voting
Rights).
6.13% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 28562443 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
