Bundesanstalt für Finanzmarktstabilisierung, Frankfurt am Main, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, Unterschleissheim,
Germany, have fallen below the 75%, 50%, 30% and 25% threshold of the
Voting Rights on July 20, 2015 and on that day amounted to 20.000001% (this
corresponds to 26895063 Voting Rights).
