In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and DTR 6.3.5, the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism :

·     Pod Point's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year-ended 31 December 2023 in pdf format (the Annual Report)

·     Notice of Pod Point's 2024 Annual General Meeting to be held as a virtual meeting on Wednesday 5 June 2024 at 2.00pm (the AGM)

·      Form of Proxy for the AGM

They are also available on the Pod Point investor website at http://investors.pod-point.com/

Pod Point's Annual Report in ESEF format will be available on the National Storage Mechanism and Pod Point's investor website as soon as possible.

The Company confirms that, in accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5, is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Pod Point investor website.

Details of the arrangements for shareholders to join the AGM are set out in the Notice of the AGM.

Hard copies of the these documents will be posted to shareholders, who have elected to receive them in paper form, next week.
