according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its share Voting Rights
of NORDWEST Handel AG, Berliner Straße 26-36, Hagen, Germany, has fallen
below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 24, 2015 and on that
day amounted to 4.99% (this corresponds to 160000 Voting Rights).
