Grant of Options under the Just Group plc Sharesave Scheme

The following notification is made under article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation. On 24 April 2024, the following share Options ("Options") were granted to Mark Godson who is a Director/PDMR under the Just Group 2024 Sharesave Scheme. The Option price of 85p was set in accordance with HMRC rules of the plan along with a bonus rate of 3.2 for the 5 year plan.

The Sharesave contracts will commence on 1 June 2024. Options will be exercisable for a period of six months following the maturity date of 1 June 2029.
