according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, have exceeded the 3%,
5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 31, 2015
and on that day amounted to 25.89% (this corresponds to 48658414 Voting
Rights).
24.95% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 46887365 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
