Today, UET United Electronic Technology AG, Eschborn (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6),
announces the investment in and the expansion of its own production
location in Hartmannsdorf, Germany. UET relocates additional areas of the
corporate group production to Germany.

For further development of the business area SYSTEMS and to extend the
total value chain the UET group invests approx. 2 mn EUR into the existing
production in Hartmannsdorf, Germany. The investments are for the expansion
of capacity as well as for improving the competitiveness.

The production that so far has been provided externally and logistics for
Albis Technologies AG in Switzerland will be gradually relocated to
Germany. With the first step, a production volume of approx. 9 mn EUR per
year will be added in Hartmannsdorf.

Consequently, from now on manufacturing will be rendered within the UET
group. The products currently manufactured in Asia are not part of this
project.

Production will already start in Germany at the end of the third quarter of
2015. The first phase of the project will be completed in the first quarter
of 2016.

For the then internally manufactured business an increase in earnings of
about 10 % of the production volume is expected.

The investments include mainly technology investments for machines,
facilities as well as test systems, accelerating the further development of
the UET group.
