On August 06, 2015, Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway,
Oslo, Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Software AG, Darmstadt, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 04, 2015 and on
that day amounted to 3.0035% (this corresponds to 2372742 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.0035%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2372742 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the State of Norway from Norges Bank.
