On August 13, 2015, Mr William Geoffrey Oldfield, United Kingdom has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
his Voting Rights on Fair Value REIT-AG, München, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 10, 2015 and on that
day amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 421805 Voting Rights).
2.99% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 421805 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Oldfield in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).
