Today, UET United Electronic Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn,
announces the completion of a capital increase against contributions in
kind.
The capital increase is part of the transaction to acquire all outstanding
shares of Albis Technologies AG, headquartered in Zurich, which has been
announced in March 2015.

The capital increase has already been recorded in the Commercial Register.
As a result of the capital increase UET's registered share capital
increased from EUR 8,447,590.00 by EUR 1,000,000.00 to EUR 9,447,590.00 by
issuing 1,000,000 new non-par value shares to barer with an arithmetical
share in the registered share capital of EUR 1.00 per share.

Closing of the transaction and thus the certification of the UET shares is
expected by end of August at the latest, the shares are subsequently
included in the existing listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
