Transaction in own shares

Hiscox Ltd ("Hiscox" or the "Company") announces that on 17 April 2024 it purchased for cancellation from Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") the following number of its ordinary shares of 6.5 pence each, pursuant to the authority granted by its shareholders as part of its share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 5 March 2024.

Lowest price paid per share: 1,160.0p

Volume weighted average price paid per share: 1,170.6p

Hiscox will cancel all the purchased shares.
