On August 26, 2015, BlackRock, Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA, informed us
according to Sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights in SAP
SE, Walldorf, Germany, fell below the 5% threshold of the voting rights on
August 21, 2015, and on that day amounted to 4.9997% (this corresponds to
61,421,144 voting rights).

2.07% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 25,375,933 voting rights)
are to be attributed to BlackRock, Inc. according to Sec. 22, para. 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG.

3.19% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 39,156,088 voting rights)
are to be attributed to BlackRock, Inc. according to Sec. 22, para. 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Sec. 22, para. 1, Sentence 2 WpHG.

BlackRock, Inc. explained that the total amount stated above does not
necessarily equal the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This results
from voting rights having multiple attributions within the BlackRock group
structure.
