Release of an announcement according to Article 26 Section 1 sent. 1 WpHG

In accordance with article 21, section 1 WpHG, Financière IDAT, Paris,
France, has informed us on August 27, 2015, that its share of voting rights
in JENOPTIK AG, Jena, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on July 8,
2015. At this day, Financière IDAT held 3.03 % of the voting rights
(1,731,832 voting rights).
3.03% of the voting rights (1,731,832 voting rights) were attributable to
Financière IDAT pursuant to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with article 22 section 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

In accordance with article 21, section 1 WpHG, Philippe Oddo, France, has
informed us on August 27, 2015, that his share of voting rights in JENOPTIK
AG, Jena, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on July 8, 2015. At this
day, Philippe Oddo held 3.03 % of the voting rights (1,731,832 voting
rights).
3.03% of the voting rights (1,731,832 voting rights) were attributable to
Philippe Oddo pursuant to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with article 22 section 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
