On August 26, 2015, Franklin Templeton Investment Management Limited
informed us according to Art. 8 and 9 of the Transparency Law of
Great-Duchy of Luxembourg that its voting rights in the Company have
exceeded the 5% threshold of voting rights on August 24, 2015 and on that
day amounted to 5.15% (this corresponds to 2,337,534 voting rights held by
the notifying party independently of any holdings of shares). Full name of
shareholder(s) stated are Citigroup Global Markets Deutschland AG und CO
KGAA, Deutsche Bank AG, The Bank of New York.
