United States has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg,
Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 28,
2015 and on that day amounted to 5.07% (this corresponds to 9524372 Voting
Rights).
5.07% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 9524372 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Article 22, Section 1, Sentences 2 and
