unaudited financial and operating results for the three months ended March 31,

Key events during the first quarter of 2026

- The Company reported net profit of US$154.1 million and EBITDA of

US$157.3 million for the first quarter of 2026.

- The Company achieved average time charter equivalent earnings of

approximately US$26,700 per day, gross.

- The Company declared total dividends of US$14.05 per share for the

months of January, February and March 2026.

- Bulk Santiago, Bulk Shenzhen, Bulk Sydney, Bulk Santos and Bulk Sao

Paulo were delivered to the new owners in March 2026.

Subsequent Events

- Bulk Sandefjord was delivered to the new owner in April 2026.

- In April 2026, the Company repurchased a total of 2,791,163 shares
