Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Basler AG, Ahrensburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the
Voting Rights on September 14, 2015 and on that day amounted to 52.23%
(this corresponds to 1828000 Voting Rights).
