On 14 September 2015, IPConcept (Luxemburg) S.A., Luxembourg-Strassen,
Luxembourg, has informed us according to Section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on InVision AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, have
risen above the threshold of 5% of the voting rights on 11 September 2015
and on that day amounted to 5.06% (this corresponds to 113,200 voting
rights in relation to the total of 2,235,000 voting rights).
