Important events to be reported:

Update regarding the Board of Nominees of Fondul Proprietatea S.A.

Further to the resolutions adopted during the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Fondul Proprietatea ("OGM") held on 26 March 2024, Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager and sole director of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (the "Fund Manager"), hereby announces the following updates with regards the membership of the Board of Nominees (the 'Board / BoN') effective 7 April 2024:

• Mr. Marius Alin Andrieș accepted the mandate as member of the Board for a period of three (3) years, namely until 7 April 2027;
• Mr. Nicholas Paris's mandate as Board member was automatically extended until the first OGM having on the agenda the appointment of a new BoN member.

The Fund will initiate the procedure for registering the mandate of Mr. Marius – Alin Andrieș with the Bucharest Trade Registry Office.

The Fund Manager will update the Fund's shareholders regarding any changes in the membership of the Board of Nominees and / or the Consultative Committees, if and when necessary.
