Buyback of own shares - final notification

KION GROUP AG completes share buyback earlier than planned

In the period from September 28, 2015 to September 30, 2015 inclusive, a
total of 17,507 shares were purchased within the scope of the share
buyback. The commencement of this share buyback on September 10, 2015 was
provided by way of ad-hoc disclosure on September 7, 2015. The share
buyback was thus completed earlier than planned on September 30, 2015.

Overall, 70,000 shares have been purchased within the scope of this share
buyback in the period from September 10, 2015 to September 30, 2015. This
corresponds to a total of 0.07 per cent of the share capital of KION GROUP
AG. The average purchase price per share was EUR 38.5819. Overall, shares
were repurchased for a total price of EUR 2,700,729.77 (excluding ancillary
purchasing costs).

The buyback of shares has been carried out through a bank mandated by KION
GROUP AG, exclusively through the XETRA trading system of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange.
