REALTECH AG: REALTECH lowers profit forecast for 2015 following weak third quarter

Walldorf, October 2, 2015. REALTECH AG, Walldorf (ISIN DE 0007008906 / WKN
700 890) is not expected to achieve the profit forecast announced for the
2015 fiscal year. Based on the forecast currently available, the Executive
Board today decided to adjust its revenue and earnings forecast for the
2015 fiscal year.

According to provisional calculations, in the third quarter of 2015,
REALTECH generated Group revenue of EUR 7.7 million (Q3/2014: EUR 8.5
million) and an EBIT of minus EUR 1.0 million (Q3/2014: EUR 0.0 million).
For the first nine months of 2015, this means Group revenue of EUR 25.4
million (first nine months of 2014: EUR 25.3 million) and an EBIT of minus
EUR 1.3 million (first nine months of 2014: minus EUR 1.3 million).

In particular, a drop in sales in the high-margin business segment Software
in the second half of the year and a comparably high fluctuation in
Consulting (Germany) mean that instead of the previously forecast operating
profit (EBIT) for the 2015 fiscal year of between EUR 0.0 million and EUR
1.0 million, REALTECH now expects a figure between EUR 2.0 million and
minus EUR 3.0 million.

The interim report as at September 30, 2015 is expected to be published on
October 28, 2015.
