Kempen Oranje Participaties N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, informed us
pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on September 28, 2015 its voting
rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5%
and on this day amount to 5.09% (6,313,800 voting rights).
