Appointment of new Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Thomas as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 May 2024.

Jennifer is a prominent diversity and inclusion and communications specialist with over 25 years' experience in leading external and internal communications strategies within various organisations. She is currently the Global Head of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), leading the EDI strategy and agenda for the London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG). Jennifer was previously the Head of Communications for the Data and Analytics division of LSEG and prior to that she consulted at GSK plc on their global diversity and inclusion strategy.

Previous other roles include Director of Internal Communications, Experience and Sustainability and Director of Financial Communications at Direct Line Group. Jennifer is also the Senior Independent Director for England Netball and UK Athletics.
