1. On October 7, 2015, FAS S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us
   according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
   Rights on Hypoport AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold
   of the Voting Rights on September 30, 2015 and on that day amounted to
   2.47% (this corresponds to 152921 Voting Rights). 2.47% of Voting Rights
   (this corresponds to 152921 Voting Rights) are attributed to the company in
   accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG
   (German Securities Trading Act).

2. Furthermore, on October 7, 2015, Mr Marcel Ernzer, Luxembourg has
   informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
   his Voting Rights on Hypoport AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 3%
   threshold of the Voting Rights on September 30, 2015 and on that day
   amounted to 2.47% (this corresponds to 152921 Voting Rights). 2.47% of
   Voting Rights (this corresponds to 152921 Voting Rights) are attributed to
   Mr Ernzer in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of
   the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
