Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Klöckner & Co. SE, Duisburg, Germany, have exceeded the 15% threshold of
the Voting Rights on October 07, 2015 and on that day amounted to 15.27%
(this corresponds to 15236630 Voting Rights).
15.27% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 15236630 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Loh in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
