Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has notified
us on 9 October 2015 pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1a German Securities Trading
Act (WpHG), that its share in the voting rights in Covestro AG (ISIN:
DE0006062144) on 5 October 2015, the date of the initial admission to
trading on the regulated market segment (regulierter Markt) of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse) (Prime Standard) was
30.86% (62,500,000 voting rights). All 62,500,000 voting rights are
directly held by Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft.
