On October 14, 2015, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mit beschränkter
Haftung, Frankfurt am Main, Germany has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on REALTECH AG,
Walldorf, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
October 09, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to
162346 Voting Rights). According to Articel 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.
6 of the WpHG, 3,01% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 162346
Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from
Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung.
